A team of 7 people all year long plus a seasonal staff of a dozen people who work from the winter solstice (late december) to the summer solstice (late june), 40 hectares and 6 different grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon for red wines and Viognier for white wines, an organic and biodynamic culture with no chemical fertilizer, no weed-killer and no insecticide since 2002 and the obtention of the ECOCERT certification in 2008; a very specific attention given to the balance and the life of soils; a naturally low yield (around 38 hl/hectare); choices that make it possible to extract as much minerality and expression from the soil and give vivacious wines a high delicacy and a subtle complexity

This may be the best rosé in the world. Pure, charming subtle red berry flavors, perfectly balanced acidity, distinctive and a hint of orange blossom. Aged in ex-Chateau d'Yquem oak casks. Unlike most roses, l'Audacieuse gets better with time!
