Harvest : hand picked, by successive selections through the vines (1 to 2 selections),on ripe and healthy grapes.
Fermentation : is done in new oak barrels that have been barrels previously used for the grand cru and it lasts 2 weeks.
Malolactique : None
Ageing : takes place from 6 to 9 months in barrels, regularly stirring the lees
