Excellent liquorous wine of a small production, it needs a few years to purify and achieve great elegance. It exhales citrus and toast. On the palate, a great consistency dominates. It has a great potential for aging.
Foie gras, cooked/steamed fish dishes in butter/crème sauce, light meat, cheese (especially goat and sheep ones) and fruit desserts are the typical and suitable choices.
