Within 80 years and three generations, various families succeeded each other as owners of the estate. The legend was born in 1855 when Château Guiraud became a Premier Grand Cru de Sauternes.

The G de Guiraud has a lovely golden colour and the nose is filled with tropical fruits (particularly mango), honey and rich spicy notes. The palate is crisp with intense flavours of pineapple, gooseberry, and hints of vanilla. This balanced wine is perfect for food
