The ultra-modern vathouse only contains vats made out of stainless steel with a 1500 hectolitres capacity.
Each vat is equipped with an electronic temperature-control system.
It is in this vathouse that the grapes are pneumatically pressed as well as some of the post-fermentation operation, until bottling and labelling.
