Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") apply to all sales and supply of wine and water ("Goods") by Jetson Group ("JT") to you ("Customer").

All matter and disputes are subject to the final decision of JT.

JT is not liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We strive to procure wines in their best condition, however customers must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels and corks and drinkability. We do not accept return or refund for any reason, including corked wines. The condition remark and rating are for reference only and shall not be solely relied upon making any purchase decision. We are not liable for any errors and missing information. Customers are strongly suggested to check product photos with us before confirming an order.

All sales are subject to our final confirmation. Once invoice is issued, all orders are considered final. No cancellations will be accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he / she is 18 years old or over. It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18.

Quotations & Orders

Quotations issued by JT are valid for the period stated. An order ("Order") is an offer from Customer to purchase the Goods in accordance with these T&C. JT reserve the right to reject any Order which does not relate to a valid Quotation or which JT cannot fulfill for any reason.

Delivery

  • No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Public Holidays.
  • For next day delivery, Orders must be placed before 3:00pm (Mon to Fri)
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed on the next working day and delivered on the following day (i.e., orders placed after 3:00pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday).
  • JT is not liable for any failure or delay in delivery as a result of Customer failing to provide adequate delivery instructions or otherwise arising from circumstances beyond JT’s control.
  • For orders being delivered to the outlying islands and special areas, some extra delivery charges may apply depending on individual circumstances.
  • Movement during the delivery process can cause minor leakage. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for these problems as they are beyond our control.

Prices and Vintages

  • All prices and vintages quoted in the price list are subject to change without prior notice, particularly in the case of major currency fluctuations and/or changes in vintage.
  • The prices listed are ‘per bottle’ and in Hong Kong Dollars.
  • Subject to remaining unsold (no reservations)
  • Photos on request

Breakages & Complaints

  • Customers should examine Goods at the time of delivery and notify JT immediately of any damages and/or deficiencies.
  • The faulty bottle(s) should then be returned to us for examination within 2 working days.
  • We guarantee the quality of our wine. However, the ‘living and fragile’ nature of wine means that on occasion a bottle may be spoiled by any number of factors.
  • No complaint can be entertained unless this condition is observed.
  • We will not accept any returns of Fine wines
  • The pictures on our website are for reference only. The real condition of the goods should be considered as final.

Invoices

  • JT will issue an invoice with each confirmed Order. The duplicate copy of the invoice must be signed and stamped with Customer’s company chop as confirmed receipt of delivery. Please note that the chop must correspond to the account/customer name for verification.

Payment Terms / Credit Accounts

  • Goods are offered on cash terms unless credit terms have been agreed at JT’s discretion.
  • Methods of payment are Cheque, Bank Transfer and Autopay. Post dated cheques are not acceptable and all cheques should be made payable to "Jetson Group Ltd".
  • Personal cheques will take up to 3 business days to process.
  • A monthly statement of account will be sent to each Customer. Credit accounts need to be settled within the specified credit period of 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which the Goods were delivered. A finance surcharge may be applied to any overdue amount at a rate of 3%.
  • Ownership of the Goods shall not transfer to Customer until payment is received in full. Until such time the Customer holds the Goods on a fiduciary basis as JT’s bailee. This does not prevent the Customer from reselling or using the Goods in the ordinary course of its business.
  • Credit accounts can be opened for trade/corporate customers through submission of a credit application form and related supporting documents. A monthly statement of account will be sent to each customer.
  • Credit accounts are to be settled within the credit period specified on the initial application. Our Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend credit terms whenever it deems necessary. We would appreciate the credit application will need to be updated once every two years upon our request.
  • Please also notify us in writing if there are any changes in the information submitted on the initial application

We reserve the right to amend the above trading terms from time to time as circumstances require, without prior notice.
